      Pros

      The engineering team has some of the brightest people on board. Across other teams, everyone is dedicated, focussed, and above all, love the work they do. A very diverse workplace, you can get all sorts of interesting (non-work) advice and suggestions.

      Cons

      Some people can be a pain (to work with) at times, but are generally fairly nice, and have the best interests of their teams (and product) at heart.

      Open environment, exciting work, growing market, very little bureaucracy, everyone is respected, excellent teamwork across the board

      Cons

      lack of technical training, commute to SF without any shuttle or additional travel compensation, no parking privileges, lack of many processes (could be a pro too), insider trading policy applies to everyone
