Pros
Great opportunity to be a part of something. The product works. The support is awesome. People are interested in their work and encouraged to outperform by management. The culture is amazing and people are genuinely friendly and a pleasure to work alongside
Cons
The pay is not up to par with what is out in the market today. The teams that do well do very well and the teams that don't suffer. The balance is a little off and many times you'll see the strong carry the weak or a weak link not be removed from the chain.
