Pros

The company initially was a great place to work. No longer is.

Cons

Worked at Riveron for ~3 years. Initially it was a great company. Since being sold to black rock the Company has started doing everything in its power to improve the bottom line. Quality of deals has gone down drastically as they pick up bottom of the barrel deals, lay offs increasing to over utilize current employees, bonuses and raises have drastically fell off and can’t even keep up with inflation.
