Pros
Most folks will dismiss a glowing review from a TA person since our job is to recruit so I will share what I hear when talking to candidates. I've lost track of the number of times I've spoken with someone who was interested in our firm because of our reputation for high-quality work and high-performing, professional teams that include some of the best in the business. They don't just share the names of MDs, but also Seniors and Managers who made lasting impressions on them. They also share how they could feel our culture when working closely with our teams. It makes me proud to be here and I don't feel like I'm selling snake oil. This a great place to grow your career, even if it not your final landing spot.
