Pros

- Good starting base salary

Cons

- Fearful and Uncertain Environment: People are often worried and unsure about what's happening. The bosses are only focused on meeting specific numbers, especially with the new owners. It's an atmosphere where the priority is to get as much work sold as possible, without really thinking if the company can actually handle it. Recently, some people were let go without an announcement informing the rest of the company. - Poor Work-Life Balance: The balance between work and personal life is quite bad. This is important because they like to talk about how good it is when they're trying to hire new people. - Everyone Fends for Themselves: People mostly look out for their own interests. In discussions about performance, nobody will support you unless you've shown you can handle the unrealistic expectations from management. - Not a Good Place to Learn: It's not a good environment to learn the right way to do things, as the quality of what's delivered is not up to par. - Bad Treatment from Managers: The managers don't treat junior staff well, and they're expected to just accept it. It's actually surprising that there haven't been any legal cases about harassment based on what others have heard. - Below-Average Benefits: The benefits offered, like the company's contribution to the retirement savings (401k) and the extent of insurance coverage, are not that great.
