Cons

I was extremely capable and severely under-utilized. I begged for project work for MONTHS, knowing I would be evaluated based on my utilization. Then I was chosen to be laid off because of my low utilization rate. The company lacks TRUE diversity. Yes, they have a DEI team and have established ERGs, but the workforce is not very diverse. It is a very political environment, having the right people like you makes all the difference in your development and growth.

Primarily the scheduling aspect, which goes for the consulting industry in general.

They offer good salary and benefits.

Cons

I got laid off when I was fully staffed on a project and was receiving praise for my work by my managers. The layoff was very unexpected. If you want to work at a company that offers job security, I would not recommend working here. They also did not have enough client work overall. They may advertise that they care for their employees but at the end of the day, they did not.
