Most folks will dismiss a glowing review from a TA person since our job is to recruit so I will share what I hear when talking to candidates. I've lost track of the number of times I've spoken with someone who was interested in our firm because of our reputation for high-quality work and high-performing, professional teams that include some of the best in the business. They don't just share the names of MDs, but also Seniors and Managers who made lasting impressions on them. They also share how they could feel our culture when working closely with our teams. It makes me proud to be here and I don't feel like I'm selling snake oil. This a great place to grow your career, even if it not your final landing spot.

None to list. Any con would be related to continuous change but that has consistently resulted in a better work place.

Overall middle management cares about their people and their clients. Recent changes at the executive level that seem to be moving in the right direction.

Cons

Young company trying to get too big too fast. Loss of cohesiveness accross the frim as they chase headcount and revenue targets.
