Riveron has been a fantastic place for me to grow my career. I've worked here almost 5 years and have seen tremendous changes at the senior management level and ownership level (good and not so good) but everyone that I have built relationships with at the MD & Management level genuinely care about the people. The work here is the same at any other consulting firm, but the people at Riveron are what make me stick around. Some highlights: Smart coworkers, work/life balance, remote options with limited travel (if you ask), excellent MDs, career growth opportunities

Cons

Baseline hours are 45, rather than 40. The benefits are "ok" but we do not have outstanding health insurance options.
