Pros

Riveron is a business advisory firm which resembles that big four but doesn't have the layers of such larger firms (or the limited scope of smaller ones). In just a few months, I've been able to quickly get involved in a variety of projects and activities and am seeing meaningful impact in my work. The leadership has also been incredibly welcoming and supportive to new hires and there is a great culture in the company - both holistically as well as in the local offices.

Cons

None to share at this time.

Overcoming Growing Pains

Pros

Riveron has grown and changed dramatically over the years. Adding so many new people and making a few acquisitions will do that to a company. I'm thrilled to see, however, a recommitment to so many of the things that made Riveron special once upon a time and an introduction of some really important elements that a company of our size now requires. Numerous connectivity events, more opportunities for community involvement, enhanced benefits, DEI initiatives and progress, and in general just regaining some of the energy that growth can provide.

Cons

In adding so many new people, new companies, and new capabilities it can be tough to determine what we should be emphasizing, who we should be targeting, and where to focus. Continued investment into a clear and communicated vision/strategy that ties all of our efforts together would be really helpful.
