- strong new leadership - good compensation structure and competitive benefits update - lots of opportunity, still feels entrepreneurial but with better infrastructure - culture of kind and supportive team members - rewarded for hard work

Design Your Day model: Gives you the ability to have flexibility where you work from while still promoting community and togetherness by brining people back into the office for various meetings and events. 3.) Competitive salary ranges as well as benefits. 4.) Collaborative team environment lending itself to thoughtful and thorough work produced. As well as creating a feeling that your contribution matters.

Riveron started as a small company in Dallas, but has grown to over 12 offices and counting... I feel like Riveron genuinely cares about their employees. They offer competitive pay, great benefits, great flexibility and the leadership is easily accessible. Highly recommend.

Cons

I feel like Riveron could do a better job at communication with employees.
