Pros

It is an absolute pleasure to work for this organization. Riveron's employees are the best part of the company. The process is excellent, starting from the interview process, continuing through the onboarding process, and culminating with the best company events. One of the best organizations I have ever worked for.

Cons

The diversity within the organization

Not an employee-first company

Pros

Nice people for most part, especially consultants at manager level and below. Nice office spaces in every city I visited. Fun company events, a lot of money put into these. Cell phone reimbursement each month. A lot of Management team was recently replaced, they seem to be pretty competent.

Cons

Does not value employees as well as they claim. They didn't pay any sort of retention bonuses during Covid or any other seasonal bonuses, nor do they pay competitive salaries to other firms at this time. This has lead to a mass exodus of top talent from the firm. I heard this was an employee-first company before I joined but those days are long gone. To echo another previous post, I usually got hassled for taking PTO even though you get a good amount of days. When you leave, they don't pay out your accrued PTO you were never able to use. Culture has become almost non-existent at this point for many. I question if any of the generic 5 star reviews on here are real. Overall, the competent consultants are overloaded and the rest are green consultants who probably were hired a level too high (or should not have been at all).

Thanks for taking the time to weigh in with feedback, which helps make Riveron a better place for our people. Last year, we provided thank you bonuses multiple times (in addition to our annual bonus cycle) to the majority of our client-serving employees based on utilization. We are continuing to evaluate ways to recognize and thank people for the work they do, and all options are on the table. Our PTO policy reflects state regulations and employees are paid accordingly for unused time. We are here if you would like to discuss these or any other concerns.
