      Free medical insurance. $75 phone bill reimbursement.

      Cons

      If you are minority(race, gender), try to avoid this place. Same position, more experienced minority get pay 20-30% less than white man.

      Leadership views staff as a means to generate revenue to appease the PE owner. Toxic.

      Strong company culture and collaborative work environment with competitive pay

      Pros

      Great people to work with which fosters a healthy culture. Flexibility to work from home with generous PTO. The growth opportunities are tremendous and the diversity of projects enables employees to continuously improve.

      Cons

      As typical of a consulting job, the work hours can vary week to week.
