Really great people and the company is continuously trying to better it's benefits for its employees.

Cons

Comp varies between levels; clients are usually mid-sized companies with lots of issues; the training modules within the company can be improved

Pros

The offices are all incredible great views nice work stations with Vera desks and the best break room you’ve ever seen and I’ve seen some good ones

Cons

Like any client service job the hours can vary sometimes client deliverables coming to meetings working later than normal but that also comes with lows in times where you’re not busy and can easily catch your breath Vaccination policy - have to be vaccinated to go to a Company hosted event. I don’t think a job should have any say in someone’s medical and health choices… this is only reason I consider leaving over but I have faith it will be lifted soon.
