- MDs don’t care about connecting with anyone below Director level
- You could do amazing on your projects and still not get promoted or great overall review at round tables bc of politics
- MDs will get in your way no matter how much you prove yourself
- You will get dinged for things out of your control and responsibilities
- No valuable training
- They throw you in the deep end and expect you to float. If you don’t, they fire you without even providing any sort of training or support for improvement
- White males with less experience make more money than minority and females with 4x their years of experience and more than people with the same title.
- MDs pick favorites and if you are not one…. Good luck succeeding here no matter how smart and good you are at your job.
- They only promote MD favorites and will knit pick the smallest things to prevent you from succeeding
- No culture and they claim their care about their people but do nothing that shows they care
