      - Leadership - Learning and development - Hybrid (Riveron make your own day) You have the choice of when it makes sense - Company outings - They genuinely care about your growth and development - Growth opportunity - Monetary incentive - They promote based on performance rather than tenure

      Cons

      - Not a huge con but office space on Wednesdays can be limited. I believe if we outgrow the space we will move to be bigger space
