Excellent growth story. Making positive changes while managing growth. Variety of capabilities allow it to still outperform during market instability. Teams are full of intelligent, hardworking people. Great projects and career development.

Cons

Growing businesses all have growing pains. Need to improve on benefits, but have already made positive changes.
