The associates and seniors are very nice people. WFH flexibility if you do not have to go to the client.

Cons

MDs will place staff on staff augmentation roles to meet revenue targets. Be prepared to not work on real project-based consulting roles and instead be doing journal entries and reconciliations indefinitely for a client because their accountant quit.

Recently fired COO was difficult to work with. Rapid growth has stopped, limiting opportunity for internal promotion. Utilization is a serious problem for some, compounded by comp being tied to utilization.
