      Pros

      The culture - The people are incredible and the company takes care of them Offices around the country - If you enjoy traveling, you will enjoy having clients in various cities around the world and having the freedom to work in offices in Chicago, D.C., Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, and others The ability to choose the type of work you’d like to do as you grow at the firm - Riveron has a variety of clients and projects and employees are not siloed to one type of project or work stream The ability to participate in Business Development initiatives and watch the business grow

      Cons

      If you don’t like an entrepreneurial environment and require direct oversight to perform then Riveron may not be for you The 401k match could be better and comparable to other firms in the industry

      Pros

      Most people are great to work with. Previous compensation model was great when being fully utilized, but for transaction services they removed this model which was a huge bummer when you're fully staffed on a long-term project.

      Cons

      Chicago office has no say, everything is run out of Dallas. Only care about growing the business. Lots of turnover. Management has a childish (i.e. unprofessional attitude) when people quit.
