      Pros

      Great people at all levels of the company. Truly like joining a family where everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together. I have the opportunity to work on several projects. Riveron strongly encourages personal growth/ development. A great culture - coming to work is FUN and there are always events/happy hours/volunteer opportunities.

      Pros

      Experiencing fast growth, so you have the ability to impact the shape and direction of the business as things change. The culture is collaborative, not competitive. Despite the fast growth and increasing size, still manages to feel like a family.

      Cons

      Honestly, I haven't any truly negative experiences in my tenure here. My travel is more than I initially anticipated, but that was something you discuss upfront before starting on a particular project. And, for me, the work is interesting enough that the travel is worth it.

      Paternity and Maternity are terrible 401k match is not up to competition Small offices means you are sometimes your own IT, HR, and front desk but this also gives more opportunity to provide feedback on areas of improvement
