Work with encouraging, collaborative individuals who are looking to grow themselves professionally. Jobs are challenging but provide great learning experiences. Wonderful culture!!

Pros

Love the opportunities I've been given to grow with Riveron. Have enjoyed a variety of projects I've been assigned to, though no project (or client) is without its challenges. So grateful to be a part of a company where my contributions are valued and I am able to make a positive impact on the firm and for my colleagues!

Cons

Constant growth often presents challenges, but management has been working to implement infrastructure (performance management, etc.) to aid in employee development. Clearer communication with respect to firm initiatives and performance management would be helpful

Pros

Riveron is a growing company with a lot of great people and good opportunities. I still have strong relationships with my Big 4 co-workers, but have felt at home here from day one. There are a lot of talented people at Riveron that are passionate about the continued success of the company.

Cons

As Riveron primarily hires experienced people, the training programs are not as robust at the programs provided at Big 4 firms.
