Business Outlook
Pros
Young, vibrant, entrepreneurial workforce. Great exposure to a variety of industries and influential people (CFOs, Controllers private equity, etc.), company is not afraid to give junior members lead roles on engagements. Many of the roles developing spring out of need, growing company.
Cons
Compensation structure may not be for everyone, especially those with families and/or need more time away from work. Employee burdens the risk instead of the firm. Scheduling can be erratic depending on service line, which also has an effect on compensation. PTO policy needs to be amended.
