Awful place to work

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Great staff once you get to know people

Cons

Nurses stay getting caught being intimate with other staff and doctors, the hospital only cares about making money, all the nurses are over worked so they take there anger out on others yet expect others to respect them, management is a joke, very unsafe hospital, some armed guards are wanna be cops who take the fact that they are armed to the head and make the rest of us look bad, doctors and nurses act as if they are our boss when we try to enforce the rules and regulations that we are told to enforce, lets not even speak about the daily fire hazards in this hospital, this hospital is over crowded but thats because they want the money, patient care on a scale from 1-10 is a 2, hippa violations left and right, nurses have been caught abusing patients, nurses and techs have been caught stealing pain medication, when the pandemic hit friends told me that staff where stealing medical equipment such as mask, wipes, respirators, gloves, disinfectant, scrubs. This place is more like a county hospital with all the issues. You might get robbed if you walk to your car at night cause security is busy making out at the top of the parking structure or in a on call room. Its bad
