Ok benefits. Few nice people. There are people with potential who want to be there and dedicated to their job.

Cons

No integrity with policies. Disregard for mentorship and growth. Management always pushing staff to perform better. And just see the bad side..

Cons

It's difficult to move up in the organization. No training for administrative positions. No administrative, COO internship opportunity. Still trying to overcome a history of silos.
