This is a great place to learn, very busy ER, great teamwork, I loved it there, always learning potential to move your way up.

Cons

Sometimes the work was overwhelming, it could get VERY busy, with a high patient load of high acuity patients. Management had favorites.

RCH pays their CNAs well and there is a lot of over time to be picked up. Start around $21.50 hr

Cons

It can be very stressful, some management is very difficult to work with, you can earn every penny they pay.

Severely understaffed, rare if you get lunches, you never get any 15 minute breaks, often out of ratio.
