      RCH pays their CNAs well and there is a lot of over time to be picked up. Start around $21.50 hr

      Cons

      It can be very stressful, some management is very difficult to work with, you can earn every penny they pay.

      Don't do it. Just don't.

      Severely understaffed, rare if you get lunches, you never get any 15 minute breaks, often out of ratio.
