I work with great people who care about patient care. You will never get bored working in the emergency room. Good company to work for, you learn something new everyday.

Cons

Always short staff. Schedules are always getting switched around.

Management not trustworthy/ morale among nurses at an all - time low

good pay, good experience for new grads, can always pick up work extra hours if needed.

Cons

Poor leadership, very stingy on PPE during this pandemic, hospital is dirty, unit I worked in was extremely cluttered. Over worked, not getting breaks.
