Business Outlook
Pros
Part of HCA corporation. Provides pretty good benefits, higher than normal pay for assistants because they are union. Therapists are not union and complain about not getting regular raises. Clinical staff throughout the hospital is great. Brand new tower including lab, cafeteria, and still building more.
Cons
Rehab dept has had huge turnover. Mostly new clinicians, cliquey and not professional. Hospital management could use a refresh as most have been there forever and focus on managing for their end of year bonus. Almost every dept in the hospital is understaffed, nurses are often out of ratio and leads to frustration for patient care. Lacking incentive for employees.
