      Pros

      Very few good people & doctors.

      Cons

      Not family oriented at all. No room for advancement. Company as a whole cares more about profit than healthcare. The majority of the managers are extremely racist.

      Easy to get a job, everyone very nice on hire

      Cons

      HR is pathetic, ridiculous length of time to get your PTO paid out to you (over a month after leaving with a months notice given prior). Very disorganized and only focused on profit, which they are not good at. I was highly concerned about job stability with this company because they lose money hand over foot and have such a poor reputation among the community I live in.
