1) Company's clinical operations are operate effectively across entities however the company's administrative / back-office operations are extremely siloed. 2) Poor investment in continuing education and staff development (in comparison to competition) 3) Consistently on the lower end of the pay-scale compared to major competitors in the market 4) Slow to react to market changes, rarely an early adopter or first to market (always a follower)
