      Pros

      Coworkers, flexible schedule, good benefits, good management that are responsive, autonomy, good amount of PTO and sick leave. They have a Starbucks in the main hospital. Call pay

      Cons

      There weren't too many cons other than the pay, it's not competitive for the area. Have to take ALOT of call to make up for the low pay.
