      Pros

      I have worked at Riverside Regional Medical Center for almost 6 years now. I have enjoyed having so many learning opportunities through the health system. Many companies do not give that opportunity or assist with tuition assistance. The medical benefits have been great especially getting a Riverside employee discount. I love what I do and can see myself her for a long time.

      Cons

      I feel as we grow many folks fill over worked and unappreciated. I hope that some way we can make this better so we have happier employees.

      Thank you for your comments. Hopefully your area participated in our most recent recognition of Riverside's Founders Day and all of our team members that have helped us to be one of the largest employers in the Eastern part of the State.

      I love working for Riverside because of the variety of opportunities! The Health System has all types of positions available for career advancement!

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons, I love my job, and the organization that I work for! They are fair, considerate, compassionate and willing to listen and implement new ideas!

      Pros

      My supervisor cared about me as a person and there were lots of benefits.

      Cons

      We had some people who abused the fmla policy. Made it difficult to work short staffed.
