      Pros

      Good benefits, tuition assistance, opportunities for advancement. Location is nice and management is good.

      Cons

      Pay is far less than other hospitals in the area. Mediocrity and laziness is rewarded while hard workers get over worked.

      Pros

      This organization is dedicated to continual improvement of processes. In my time at Riverside, I have had a lot of opportunities to grow and learn, as well as offer feedback in multiple areas of the organization. There is a lot of teamwork and collaboration among employees throughout the entire organization. You feel like you are impacting lives around you, and that to me is extremely powerful. If you are passionate about impacting lives and truly making a difference, this is the organization for you.

      Cons

      Overall, I think there are a lot of good ideas and suggestions. However, in terms of implementing them, there needs to be more follow through and upkeep.
