      Pros

      Family like environment, everyone knows everyone which makes it easier if you or a family member is in need of health guidance. Payback decent, most staff nice.

      Cons

      Doctors are allowed to disrespect staff with no repercussions. The staffs main job was to make sure the doctor had a good day. More like subordinates less like a team.
