Great staff to work with outside of management. Close to home.

Cons

If you are an APP, they do not care about you. They give you the same job and responsibilities as an MD for 1/3 the pay and benefits. There is no respect for APPs from the VP. Unsafe patient to provider numbers. They have overspend and now jeopardize the safety of the patients for their gain.

Good work environment most of the time.

Cons

Budget cuts for the assisted living cause CNA's to be sent home early (IVOd). So, less hours worked and less pay. Lots of call offs.
