      Travel and very entry level experience.

      Cons

      Expect to be out of town every holiday. Your pay is pennies on the dollar. Most projects are thrown together with no real plan.

      Good atmosphere, mostly everyone is friendly. There seems to be room for advancement but depends greatly on who you speak with to get the process started. Opportunities for performance based bonuses, Christmas parties and social events

      Cons

      Low starting wage, not a lot of room to improve your wages without staking own money to obtain industry certifications. These are offered to be reimbursed.
