      The work environment is pretty lax. A lot of my coworkers are the same as well as long as you do the work and try to keep pace with it and their pretty flexible with you as long as you talk to them about it.

      Cons

      The only thing that I can think of is just the workload. There's quite a bit and can be a bit overwhelming at times.

      Pros

      What's excellent about RTI is that it's a company that supports its employees and provides an environment that leads to growth. It's a very flat organization that allows for quick resolutions to situations as they arise and gives everyone a voice. The best thing about RTI is the culture and the community that is the RTI family!

      Cons

      Rapid growth comes with growing pains but RTI leadership always figures it out in the end.
