      You'll get good at guessing what leadership is thinking.

      Cons

      Major decisions that directly affected workloads and schedules were made behind closed doors, and employees only found out after the fact. There was no transparency, no opportunity to prepare, and no room for feedback. It left people feeling unimportant and created unnecessary stress.

      Pros

      None. No matter how hard you work you're never going to be rewarded. It's a waste of time staying here.

      Cons

      Workloads aren't balanced management hires a lot of incompetent people, and can't even be bothered to fie them. If you're good at your job, you're definitely going to have to pick up their slack. You aren't even rewarded for taking on heavier workloads because the only people that are able to climb up ladder are those that have connections with leadership.
