      Blatant Lies and Deception About the Job Role

      Pros

      It is nearly impossible to find anything positive about working here when dishonest people openly lie and deceive you.

      Cons

      Employees are not valued, and their skills are dismissed as irrelevant. Leadership lies during the hiring process and misleads candidates about the job. The environment is controlled by unethical people who manipulate and deceive without remorse.

      Pros

      - The only pros are that you get to work in a fairly large organization with the *promise* of getting to work in multiple areas and explore new things

      Cons

      - Management makes doing things nearly impossible, even suggesting and offering to perform simple audits for security for client systems is met with friction - Pay is extremely low for what you're expected to do, and while picking up the slack from those who don't pull their weight - Expected to be at 70% utilization/week yet 50% of the techs are at or below 50% those above 70% hardly get any praise or are compenstated fairly to reflect - RTI has merged with many companies over the years and has people in positions where they would be best elsewhere within the company, and it reflects on the teams performance

      Your desk felt like a personal jail!!

      Pros

      There’s nothing significantly good to be honest.

      Cons

      Breaks were really short, and you’re not allowed to bring food on your desks! Your desk felt like a personal jail, you’re not allowed to take a break without your supervisor’s permission! This system is a lot more stressful than the job itself!
