Pros

TAP pay was more then permanent employee. Environment laid back at night. I really don't have any thing else to say positive about this job.

Cons

Poor management, gossip and back stabbing. Job duties were ran efficiently. Everyone being told to do different things by upper management. The job seem to be always in chaos and confusion.

some employees are really a people person, what I meant was, some are really concern and take care of their patients.

Cons

some nurses doesn't really care about their patient and no patient care, they just like to collect the paycheck.

You have the opportunity to work overtime without any problems and pick up shifts. Most of the co-workers are friendly and helpful..

Cons

CYA,CYA,CYA...you to be very careful not to step on the charge nurse toes cause once you do it's hard to come back from it !!!! So once again CYA!!
