      Excellent support staff: Nurses, Therapists, Peers and BHS/Care workers, Our Medical Director Dr. Chang and Riverside County Board Members have been very supportive and understanding of our needs as a department.

      Cons

      County Mental Health is largely managed by clinical therapists and social workers, sometimes medical staff and our needs can be overshadowed in this type of climate

      Good place to learn, people are great to work with in all departments. Amazing doctors that provide excellent care to the patients.

      Unfair wages for the work that is done. Other hospitals in our area do less work for higher pay.
