Nothing can out weigh the bad

They treat their employees horribly. In the new MSC building their is so much corruption and it come from the top. The the supervisors harass their employees and drive them to quit or they fire them. I have never worked in this type of environment before. And do not recommend anyone work in the MSC building

Great work environment. Everyone works as a team and are very helpful. It's a great place to learn and love that we have residents and attending physicians always available on the unit.

Cons

The pay is horrible, which contributes to not having enough staff nurses on the floor, so they hire more travelers.
