Very Low Pay and add to that the employee cost for medical insurance and it is hard to keep turning down calls from headhunters.

You have great coworkers that become your family. It's a great place to get your foot in the door and gain experience. It's a family hospital..this company has givin everyone in my family a start to their medical career.

Cons

Low pay compared to other hospitals, benefits are okay, and the owner doesnt treat the employees like he should.

Union protected position. Riverside is a large county with many clinics to choose from.

Cons

Nepotism, waste, profit over people. High turnover. Once a therapist is licensed they leave due to the lack of commensurate pay, dangerous working conditions, and increasingly scant benefits.
