      Pros

      Direct managers and directors are very supportive of staff. Lots of resources (PICC team, code team, etc.).

      Cons

      Upper management are very detached from reality. While the resources exist, they are often short staffed, or specialty materials are in short supply.

      Pay differential, work 3/4 days a week, opportunity to bank overtime or get it paid out.

      Cons

      Working in a jail setting can be grating as you'll have to navigate trying to access clients with Correctional deputies who do not support your role/ don't believe inmates out to access mental health assistance
