      - Management ist weder Business noch Mitarbeiter fokussiert - Titel super toll Tätigkeit Premium Sachbearbeiter - Viel Operativ, obwohl ein Global Key Account Manager ein strategischer AP sein sollte - Entziehung der Benefits wenn man kündigt - Kündigung wird als Beleidigung angesehen und man wird ausgegrenzt oder wie es mein Chef pflegt zu sagen ´´aufs Abstellgleis gestellt`` - Respektloser Umgang, wenn man seine eigene Meinung äußert - Konflikmanagement nicht vorhanden

Ein respektvoller Umgang und ein empathisches Miteinander sind für uns von zentraler Bedeutung, und es ist klar, dass wir hier nach deinem Feedback definitiv Handlungsbedarf haben.
