      Chaotic at best

      All employees which are not a manager are survivors and extremely close

      Cons

      Poor leadership and you can feel it through the company. Reorganizations in all departments that take a long time (over 8 months). Budget cuts and burn outs on the rise and leadership having affairs with their minors if ok according to hr. Diversity is a farce, my colleague lies about her relationship with a woman to avoid difficult questions from drunk colleagues

      Company with no integrity

      The HR is highly incompetent, they lie in interviews, don’t action important people matters and then refuse to take responsibility for their actions There is a big culture of lack of accountability for senior management Diversity is just a buzz word, but if you are a person of colour and a foreigner they will treat you like trash

      Tech hub manager is the worst ever

      Good colleagues and nice office

      Cons

      Tech hub manager has no technical or leadership experience however he pretends to have! He is a message passer, that means, discussion with him is worthless and never end because he is not decision maker. He also unable to communicate with employees, nor understand them, unable to understand projects or allocate resources properly.
