Great place to work, but at the end of the day it's client work so it can be exhausting.

Very nice people, good pay, good (not great) PTO, new "learning/growth" initiates are underway.

Cons

Client work can be draining, so even though I thoroughly enjoy Rizing as a whole, it's still SAP consulting at the end of the day.

Workload is not sustainable New Management are micro managing Daily hair on fire activities, everything is due now Promotions not based on merit - people in roles clearly not qualified to hold A lot of backbiting, people trying to justify their roles Passive aggressive management No accountability No bonuses for last 2-3 years

Pros

Rizing offers opportunities to achieve stretch goals and more learning opportunities than are available in a large firm. Colleagues are supportive and connect with each other very well in a remote environment.

Cons

Bonuses have been suppressed with the pandemic, but that is not unusual. The organization is bringing together several acquisitions, and that can at times lead to challenges in a unified sense of direction.
