Hello. Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We will review this carefully to see how we can learn and improve. We do already have an extensive amount of training and skills development available to our employees and we'll take an action to better promote this internally so everyone is reminded of what is available to them. We are also working hard to increase visibility around career progression during 2021. The statement that "people are leaving left and right and no action has been taken to solve this problem" may well be what you perceive happening, which is disappointing. It's not, however, a full and accurate representation of events. We actually had very low attrition during a lot of 2020, and this did pick up towards the end of the year. Where we saw any concerns in pockets of areas we've been actively working to address these and will continue to do so as we want Rizing to be a great place for people to grow their careers and maximize their potential. We wish you all the best for the next stage in your career.

Lack of Transparency and Plenty of Favoritism

Pros

Many employees get to work from home. Some projects are exciting. Benefits are good.

Cons

Lack of transparency is a huge issue. So much information is hidden and it's a closed-door policy for sure. Management will tell you one thing and then do something completely different a moment later. Leaders don't have the right level of accountability and a lot of rash decisions are made. Way too much focus on the bottom line and rewarding a small handful of favored employees. Consultants with solid performance get stuck in their roles while favored employees who are failing at their roles get promoted into new ones (I guess hoping something will stick? I saw this happen so many times). Employee turnover is very high with so many people leaving the organization. Salaries seem to be low compared to what other companies are offering.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are disappointed that you felt you experienced a closed-door policy, as that is absolutely not what we strive for here at Rizing, and we normally see really positive interactions between our employees and leadership. We have been working hard to create more transparency in communications and career opportunities and are implementing a number of additional exciting initiatives to further help with both these things. Wishing you all the best for your future.

Best talent in the space/good salary and benefits/great leadership.

Not many. A lot of travel but that comes with any company in this line of work.
