Hello. Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We will review this carefully to see how we can learn and improve. We do already have an extensive amount of training and skills development available to our employees and we'll take an action to better promote this internally so everyone is reminded of what is available to them. We are also working hard to increase visibility around career progression during 2021. The statement that "people are leaving left and right and no action has been taken to solve this problem" may well be what you perceive happening, which is disappointing. It's not, however, a full and accurate representation of events. We actually had very low attrition during a lot of 2020, and this did pick up towards the end of the year. Where we saw any concerns in pockets of areas we've been actively working to address these and will continue to do so as we want Rizing to be a great place for people to grow their careers and maximize their potential.
