On decision-making – As a healthcare company, there is a high need for visibility and alignment across various stakeholders. We believe that leadership being “in the weeds” alongside our teams is a “feature” and not a bug of the Ro culture so you’re right that it’s a helpful factor to consider in terms of what to expect at Ro. We’re truly sorry your experience seeking support didn’t feel constructive - the People team makes a big effort to be available, helpful and supportive to Ro’ers - so it’s disappointing that this was not how it felt for you.
