Our teams work hard to make sure all Ro’er’s feel supported so that they can do their best work, and it’s great to know that you utilized and appreciated those offerings. We recognize that the layoffs were a tough moment for us, and for many other companies who were in similar situations. As we move forward, we’re excited about the growth we’ve had across men and women’s health, fertility, weight management and dermatology, and are always happy to discuss the growth strategy and direction behind our goal oriented healthcare mission. During our bi-weekly All Hands meeting, the role of DJ rotates through a group of volunteers, and they have the liberty of choosing what songs are played! Yes, we’ve had some EDM, but we’ve also had Beyonce, 80s Pop, and country music to name some others. It’s fun to hear everyone’s unique taste in music, and we’ll make sure to continue changing up the music selection each meeting. Healthcare workers, is this really your best option?

If you're a healthcare worker looking for a new way to apply your skills, you can do SO MUCH BETTER than this company. When thinking about Ro: - Are you willing to be (micro)managed by someone with a degree from the healthcare equivalent of the University of Phoenix? - Are you prepared to massage ego(s) and cater to poorly defined, ever-shifting demands as part of your primary role? - Are you comfortable working at a healthcare organization with minimal clinical representation at the highest levels? If you answered 'no' to any of these, then you need to seriously consider your options. There are avenues that allow you to innovate in medicine, without forcing you to cater to egos and navigate surprisingly political waters. Many companies embrace clinical voices, rather than hiring token representation that is easily ignored by every other function, when push comes to shove.

- Laid off almost one-fifth of their company with barely any notice - Laid off HALF of the repro health company they acquired a year before - Incredibly bro-y - Seem to believe that ED pills + unnecessary supplements in branded boxes = cHaNgInG tHe FuTuRe Of HeAlThCaRe - Wanted to be the "Amazon of healthcare" - Sells a weight-loss pill and fear-mongers to get people to use it

In terms of how quickly people were exited from the company, we wish we could have given impacted Ro’ers a longer transition time, but given our obligation to protect patient healthcare information, it was a decision we had to make for the security of our patients. Ro exists to help our patients achieve their health goals, and weight management is our second most popular treatment request. Ro has made Plenity, the FDA-cleared weight management aid approved for use by the largest number of adults affected by overweight and obesity, available nationwide through our platform.
