Pros
From the get-go, the experience at RoadRunner has been nothing short of fantastic. As someone who was not used to working with as many people as there are in the company, it almost came as a shock when the first day was filled with some of the most helpful, friendly individuals you could ask for. For as quickly as the Coronavirus came into our lives, RoadRunner adapted even quicker in order to give all employees the ability to remain working, all while being able to stay safe within their own homes. Although it's be a challenging experience to begin working remotely, every member of my sales team has been attentive and knowledgeable enough to the point where after asking a few questions, I felt ready to tackle each and every day as if I had been here for months. Any problems that come up are taken care of instantly, and the company is kept running smoothly because of it. The benefits offered are second to none; this includes transportation benefits (whenever those will be applicable again). If given the opportunity, this is a workplace and environment that should not be passed up.
Cons
Truly the only downside I've personally experienced thus far is the inability to interact with my coworkers in person. But this is a con that will be resolved at the end of the Coronavirus situation, and other than that I can honestly say I have no complaints.
